Haiku Movie Review(s) - with content not found in the Haikus

Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan

Totally shameless
Unsuspecting rubes subject
Themselves to skew'ring

Possibly the funniest 80 minutes of anything I've seen in a long time. Sacha Baron Cohen seems willing to say and do anything for a joke, and to make people as uncomfortable as possible - though all for a point. Along the way he gets people to say some things that they might not say to anyone else, knowing full well that society finds those views abhorrent. It's definitely of the same genre as The Office, and people that like should like this, particularly the British version of said Office.

Pan's Labrynthe (El Laberinto del Fauno)

Impeccably made
story of dreams confronting
tragedy and loss

There was much hype surrounding this movie and perhaps I was expecting too much, and while I thought it was a lovely story (if sad), it didn't blow me away. It is a very interesting combination of genre's, sort of Schindler's List meets Willow, or perhaps owing more to Gabriel Garcia Marquez.

Do you think I should? Would I like it? I was not sure if you are suggesting it or warning us of it. Your writ up was a little vauge.

You might like it - I'm not sure. It doesn't necessarily seem like a TClog movie, but I would encourage you to see it. What's the worst that comes out of it? You don't like it?

Considering some of the "movies" you watch (G.E.S.), this one seems to be of comparatively little risk.

Not 'n'Sync.

What is GES?

I'd better not answer that.

More of a straight to web production.

You can't say something like that and refuse to answer it. If you can't explain it then don't use it.

I thought you would get it and outsiders would not. I was wrong. But best to let it go, at this point. I'll tell you later, if you really want to know.

Okay! However, I am watching you.

I just got it Dan. I'm a little slow butt I get it. It's like flipping through random channels in my head. The answer for what I was looking for just poopped in my head.
