Couple things:
Since nobody ever checks The Annex, let alone posts to it, I'm making any miscellaneous music comments I have here.
I've had a bit of a musical renaissance over the last couple years as a result of CMC and all sorts of things instigated by the internet and IPods (podcasts and streaming radio are great). I've been exposed to more groups than I have since college, and I'm loving it.
This came around a while back, but for those of you that stream music, Pandora is a really cool site for general listening.
Happy Thursday.

I can't click on the Pandora and get anywhere. It says blog not found. What is the website?
Pandora.com
I've used it on occasion, with varying levels of satisfaction.
I like what I get when I create a station based upon "Here Comes the Flood" by Peter Gabriel.
And by that you mean an erection?
It offers an interesting opportunity to explore a style insofar as they think the way you think.
Could try Jim Reeves or Patsy Cline and fill out a whole new countrypolitan.
WOW! This the best gift that I recieved in years. Mixdorf, you just gave me a new tool to actually experience new music. With CMC and Pandora, I can now get out of my own collection.
You are BRILLIANT!
I typed in the Decemberists to create a station. I am digging it brother.
I am glad.
Do you have to pay to use this site? I was going to sign up, but started to read something about fees and payment. Do you pay to listen?
Totally free.
Signing up allows you to save stations.
If the Annex isn't de-funked, I'd be happy to post to it.
It wasn't "de-funked" till somebody posted something about "Rhinestone Cowboy."
Well, that'll happen every time. The imagery conjured up by that song can devestate anyone's soul.
