We're supposed to get between 6 and 11 inches of snow between 7am and 3pm. It's 8:00am now and it's well on its way. Probably an 1-1/2" already with the greatest periods of accumulation still to come.
Brew some coffee, put on the slippers and do whatever leisure activity strikes your fancy while the blustery snow piles up outside your window; doesn't get any better than that.
Funny. As Primus and I were romping through the woods on Saturday, through 12" of snow I had the same thought. I said it out loud, with an emphasis on the blubbery, and cracked myself up (Primus was too busy bounding to care).

2 hours of shovelling a 24" deep canyon up to the street + a 3ft deep pile behind the cars that itself was 6ft wide.
Quite a start to the shovelling season.
