Nothing especially new going on...though we are headed to VT this weekend to celebrate our anniversary, and taking the dog along. A surprising number of hotels in the Burlington area allow dogs with no fuss. I actually didn't believe the website, so I called yesterday to confirm with an actual person. Her response was the functional equivalent of 'duh', as if asking the question was bizarre. Should be fun. Burlington has tons of cool stuff, including Magic Hat Brewery, and Ben and Jerry's, along with a funky/hip college town vibe, and even several dog parks. The leaves that far north will be passing or past their peak and it's supposed to be cool (low 50's but sunny) all weekend.Alas, we're not likely to experience the infamous 'pizza button', but we'll make up for it somehow.

As for Lake Champlain, nothing planned specifically for it, though viewing it, walking along it are likely.
