Headed to NYC this weekend to meet up with Faith's sister and to engage in general merriment.
Thursday night we'll be in the audience for Conan (did Gibby do this or Letterman?) I'm not super excited by this, but it'll probably be entertaining. Too bad the guests are uninteresting - Meredith Veira and Harland Williams plus TBA.
Friday night is dinner in Brooklyn at a cousin's.
Saturday night an attempt to score some day of tickets for some sort of show.
Sunday home.
All the other time filled with general sightseeing and related shenanigans. Monday is St. Patrick's Day, so maybe they'll be some craziness associated with that.
And while I'm thinking of it, no one makes a song about suffering more raucous than the Irish.

Have a blast. I think Conan is a cocaine fiend. My own personal theory. Time will tell, almost certainly.
it was Letterman. Twice. Waiting in line for the tickets alone was great - because it got me out of the stupid seminar I was supposed to be attending.

As for Conan, the warm-up guy (he comes out prior to the show and jokes around with the audience) made a joke about Conan doing a bag of cocaine before the show, but I actually believe Conan is just insanely awkward and uncomfortable in his role. He's someone that has no business being in the lead role. he's at heart a writer adn not a performer.
