Generally all good.
9 months down the road from brain surgery he continues to take the horrible medications to treat his epilepsy, but amazingly has not had a seizure since February. That episode seems to have been caused by a switch to a generic equivalent and none have occurred since the switch back.
A total lack of seizures is a tremendous success. Hopefully he'll be able to get weened off of the highly toxic pharmaceuticals that he takes. After 40 years of ingesting some seriously nasty shit, the effects are taking their toll on his body. While his organs may never truly recover from dealing with the drugs, they certainly will benefit from a reprieve.

How about his personality. Any noticeable changes?
As with the original post on this topic, he seems to be far more lucid and generally with it. Reasonably good attitude about things given the constant health crap he deals with.
